- We will send out the items in between 24h or 48h after they are ordered.
- All the items will be sent from China.
- There are two shipping methods. One of them is EMS(equivalent to USPS in US) which is free of charge, but it takes 5 to 7days. The other one is Express, which includes FedEx, TNT and UPS. It only takes 3or 4 days and costs extra 30$.
- Shipping to countries as follow are free of charge: USA, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium , Ireland, Denmark, Japan, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Singapore, and Vietnam.
Shipping to other countries as follow takes extra 30$: Holland, Iraq, Russia, Poland, and Iran. Moreover, 10$ for Brazil and 50$ for Guadeloupe. - When the items arrive at the destination, they need to be received with signature from an adult. Otherwise they will be sent to the post office. If so, please contact the local post office.
Return Policy
- If the size, color or style of the item is incorrect, you can keep it and we will send the right one as soon as possible.
- We can accept RETURN EXCHANGE from customers in these cases: First, if you find out that the size is unsuitable, please contact our Customer Service and get the right mail address. Second, the customer himself takes charge of the expense of sending the items back to our company. Third, if the customer is not satisfied with the quantity of the item and wants to get a return and a refund, we will discount 10% from the amount of money on the order as RESTOCHING FEE, and send the rest to the customer.
